How To Heat A Pie
If you have a microwave and a conventional oven , then heating a pie from frozen is simple, just put each pie in the microwave for 2 minutes then into a pre-heated oven set 120 degrees Celsius, and 10 minutes later your pie will be right for eating, cool for a few minutes if you think it's too hot.
Once your pie is thawed, microwave for one minute then place in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes on 120 degrees Celsius.
Conventional oven only, place in a pre-heated oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 15 - 25 minutes, place a fork tine in the middle and touch with your fingers to see how warm the pie is in the middle. Once you are satisfied it's warm enough, eat and enjoy.
For best results use the above methods, heating in a conventional oven from frozen can make your pie hard a like a biscuit crust .
Heating only in a microwave does make the pie hot but makes the pastry outside soft.
